1. Terms and Conditions

1.1 Who we are

SignQube is a service operated by AR-RAWIYA SARIAA For Communications and Information Technology Company (Fast Vision), a single-person limited liability company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 1010460107 (VAT No. 310236232700003), with its address at Makkah Al Mukarramah Road, Al Mutamarat District, Riyadh 12711, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("SignQube", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of our website at signqube.com and of the services you order from us. By creating an account, starting a trial or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Service Level Agreement, which together form the entire agreement between you and us.

1.2 Our order process and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and processes any refund that mandatory law requires. Paddle's own terms apply to your purchase.

1.3 The service

SignQube provides managed hosting of digital signage content management software, currently Samsung MagicInfo, Navori QL and LG SuperSign (each a "Platform"). Depending on your plan, the service includes access to a hosted server running the Platform you selected, a Platform player license for each subscribed screen for the duration of your subscription, HTTPS access, backups, monitoring and support as described in our Service Level Agreement. We may improve, change or replace features, server locations, hosting providers or Platform versions from time to time, as long as the core service is not materially reduced. Optional services such as migration, content design and training are quoted and agreed separately.

1.4 Licenses and third-party software

MagicInfo is a trademark of Samsung Electronics, Navori is a trademark of Navori SA, and SuperSign is a trademark of LG Electronics. SignQube is an independent service provider. Licenses we provide remain the property of SignQube or the Platform owner, are provided for use with our hosted service only, and may not be transferred, exported or moved to another server. Your right to use them ends automatically when your subscription ends. You must not copy, reverse engineer or attempt to extract any Platform software. We are not responsible for defects, security vulnerabilities, changes or discontinuation of third-party software, although we will make reasonable efforts to work around them. In particular, Samsung, Navori or LG may change their licensing terms or prices, release defective updates, or announce end-of-life or end-of-support for a product; we are not liable for any of these vendor decisions or their effects. Our continued support of Samsung MagicInfo, including versions the vendor no longer updates, is provided on a best-effort basis without guarantee.

1.5 Free trial

We may offer a free trial of up to 14 days on a trial server. Trials are provided "as is", without any service level commitment, and trial data may be deleted at the end of the trial unless you start a paid subscription. We may refuse or end any trial at our discretion.

1.6 Subscriptions and payment

1.7 Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You own the content you upload, and you alone are responsible for it, including its legality and for holding all rights and licenses for any text, images, video or music it contains. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, back up and deliver that content. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your content; our backups are a convenience and not a guarantee against loss.

1.8 Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your screens, players, local network, internet connection, compatible firmware and correct configuration of devices connected to our servers. Problems caused by these are outside our service.

1.9 Acceptable use

You must not use the service to display or distribute content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, is offensive, or is contrary to public morals in the country where it is displayed; to attempt to access other customers' servers or data; to probe, scan or attack our infrastructure; or to resell the service without our written agreement. We may remove content or suspend your service without notice if you breach this section or if we receive a lawful request from an authority.

1.10 Suspension

We may suspend all or part of the service immediately, without liability, if we reasonably believe it is needed to protect our infrastructure or other customers, in case of non-payment, breach of these Terms, suspected illegal use, or to comply with the law or an order of a competent authority. Fees remain payable during any suspension.

1.11 Platform changes

If a Platform owner changes or ends a product, we will try, on a best-effort basis, to keep supporting your environment, but we do not guarantee it. If we decide to retire a Platform, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and, at our option, either offer a migration to another Platform or give a service credit for the unused part of any prepaid fees for that Platform, usable toward our other services. No cash refund is given. This is your sole remedy in that case.

1.12 Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to info@signqube.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate for breach of these Terms immediately and without liability, or for any other reason with at least 30 days' notice taking effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded on any cancellation or termination. After termination we keep your data for 30 days so you can request an export, and then delete it permanently without liability. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your data before that period ends.

1.13 No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of security vulnerabilities, or that it will meet your specific requirements, and we exclude all implied warranties. Our only commitments are those written in these Terms and our Service Level Agreement; beyond those, the service is provided "as is". Scheduled maintenance is excluded from the availability target in our Service Level Agreement.

1.14 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

1.15 Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us, our affiliates and staff against any claims, losses, fines and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the service.

1.16 Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power or internet failures, data centre or hosting provider outages, cyberattacks, acts of government, natural disasters, war, unrest, epidemics or failures of third-party software or services.

1.17 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on our website and notify active customers by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

1.18 General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent; we may assign it to an affiliate or a successor. Notices to you are sent to the email on your account. These Terms are published in Arabic and English; in case of any conflict, the Arabic version prevails.

1.19 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice. Failing that, the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

2. Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All fees are final and non-refundable, as set out below.

2.1 Try before you pay

Every new account can start with a free trial of up to 14 days, so you can test the service with your own screens before paying.

2.2 No refunds

Because you can test the service free before paying, all fees are non-refundable. This includes the first payment on a new subscription, monthly or yearly, setup fees, renewals, cancellation during a billing period, and any unused period.

2.3 Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your service continues until the end of the period you paid for, and no refund is given for the remaining or unused part of that period.

2.4 Yearly plans

If you cancel a yearly plan at any time, you keep the service until the end of the paid year, without any refund for the unused months. If we retire a Platform, section 1.11 of our Terms applies (a service credit, not a cash refund).

2.5 Optional services

Migration, content design, training and other one-off services are non-refundable once paid.

2.6 Service credits, billing questions and mandatory law

Where our Service Level Agreement applies, the sole remedy for unavailability is a service credit toward future invoices, never a cash refund. For billing questions, email info@signqube.com or contact Paddle through the link in your purchase receipt, and contact us before opening any payment dispute (see section 1.6 of our Terms). Nothing in this policy excludes a refund that mandatory law requires; any such refund is processed by Paddle to the original payment method.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Last updated: 16 October 2026

3.1 Availability target

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep your hosted CMS server available, meaning the Platform's web interface and the server your screens connect to. Our target is 99% monthly availability, measured by our own monitoring. This is a target, not a guarantee.

3.2 Service credits

If, in a calendar month, the availability of your server is below 97%, you may request a service credit:

3.3 Exclusions

The following do not count as unavailability: planned maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance; urgent maintenance needed for security or stability, which may be done without notice; faults in your screens, players, local network or internet connection; actions by you or your users; defects, vulnerabilities or outages in third-party software or vendor services, including Platform licensing services; cyberattacks, including denial-of-service attacks, despite our reasonable protective measures; outages of data centres, hosting providers or internet networks outside our control; suspension under our Terms; and force majeure events.

3.4 Support

Support is available by email at info@signqube.com and by WhatsApp at +966 55 459 7716, in English and Arabic, during business hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+3). The times below are targets for a first response, not for resolution.

3.5 Backups

We back up each server daily and keep backups for up to 14 days. On request we restore your server or content from the latest available backup, using reasonable efforts. Backups do not guarantee against data loss, and you should keep your own copies of your content. Restores requested more than once a month, or caused by your own actions, may be charged.

3.6 Security

We apply reasonable security measures, including firewalls, server isolation, access controls and updates to the operating system and Platform software when available, including for Platform versions that the vendor no longer updates. No system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee that the service will be free of security incidents.
