1Your welcome email

Your account is usually ready within 48 hours of subscribing (or starting your 14-day free trial). We then send an activation email with everything you need.

PlatformSamsung MagicInfo 9 or Navori QL (LG SuperSign coming soon)
Organization nameYour company's own organization on the server. Your users, devices and content live inside it.
Server address[Server address from your activation email]
Username & temporary passwordFor the first administrator of your organization.
Licensed screensThe number of screens included in your subscription.

Didn't receive it? Check your spam folder, then contact us on WhatsApp or by email. Keep this email safe: you'll need the server address when connecting screens.

2Sign in & change your password

  1. Open the web dashboardOpen the dashboard link from your activation email in an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox). MagicInfo customers open the MagicInfo web console; Navori customers open the Navori QL Manager.
  2. Sign inEnter the username and temporary password from the email.
  3. Change your password right awayOpen your user profile / account settings and set a strong, unique password. Never share administrator credentials by email or chat.
  4. Add your team (optional)Create a separate user for each person who manages content, and give them only the permissions they need.

3Upload content, create a playlist & schedule

The workflow is the same idea on both platforms: content → playlist → schedule → screens.

  1. Upload contentGo to the content / media library and upload your images and videos (for example JPG, PNG or MP4). Use the screen's native resolution, e.g. 1920×1080 for Full HD landscape, and keep video bitrates reasonable for reliable playback.
  2. Create a playlistAdd your content items in the order you want, and set how long each image is displayed.
  3. Create a scheduleChoose the playlist, the days and the hours it should play. You can add more schedules later for different times of day or campaigns.
  4. Publish to screensAssign the schedule to a screen or a group of screens and publish it. Connected screens download the content and start playing.

Tip: Group screens by location or purpose (e.g. "Riyadh branch", "Menu boards") so you can publish to many screens at once.

4Connect a Samsung screen (MagicInfo)

For Samsung SMART Signage displays that support MagicInfo. Menu names can differ slightly between models and firmware versions.

  1. Connect the screen to the networkConnect it via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and make sure it has internet access.
  2. Check date, time and time zoneIn the screen's system / time settings, set the correct time zone (e.g. Riyadh, GMT+3) and an accurate clock. A wrong clock is a common cause of secure-connection failures.
  3. Open the server settingsOn the remote control, open:
    Menu›Network›Server Network Settings›Connect to Server
  4. Enter the server details
Server address[Server address from your activation email]
Port[Port from your activation email] (for example, HTTPS port 7002 is common)
Secure connection (SSL/TLS)As stated in your activation email

Use the values sent to you. The examples above are for illustration only.

  5. ConnectSave and confirm. The screen sends a connection request to the server.
  6. Approve the device in the dashboardIn MagicInfo, go to the device section and open the list of devices waiting for approval. Select the new screen, give it a clear name, choose its device group and approve it. Each approved screen uses one license.
  7. Publish contentAssign a schedule to the screen (or its group). It's now managed from the cloud.

6FAQ & troubleshooting

My screen won't connect to the server
  • Network: confirm the screen has internet access (try another device on the same network/cable).
  • Date & time: set the correct time zone and clock. A wrong clock breaks secure (HTTPS) connections.
  • Server details: re-check the server address and port against your activation email; no extra spaces or typos.
  • Firewall & ports: ask your IT team to allow outbound traffic from the screens to the server address and the port(s) in your activation email. Corporate firewalls, proxies and guest Wi-Fi often block these.
  • Approval: for MagicInfo, make sure the device has been approved in the dashboard.
  • Restart the screen and try again. Still stuck? Send us the screen's model, serial number and a photo of the error.
The screen is connected but shows no content

Check that a schedule is assigned to that screen or its group, that it is active for the current day and time, and that it has been published. Large videos may take some time to download on first play.

Which file formats and resolutions should I use?

JPG/PNG images and MP4 (H.264) videos are the safest choice. Match the screen's resolution and orientation. Check the usage limits in our Terms for storage and file size.
